He acts as a direct link between the tourist and also the country’s historical and social heritage .He or she is the unofficial ambassador of a country. According to oxford dictionary “Guide” is the one who shows the way and is a tourists hired conductor. “He requires knowledge of the particular places to be visited and have the cultural, political and historical background of the country”
